Returns

Unwanted Items

 

For peace of mind we offer a 28 day period to return unwanted and unused items to us. To do so, please follow the criteria below:

 

  • Please contact our team directly using the contact us form to organise a return. This must be done in writing, contacting us by phone does not count as a notice of a return.
  • Items must be received at our warehouse within 28 days of purchase unless otherwise organised with one of our team members.
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Packages must include a handwritten or typed note with information we require (we will send this to you via email when you contact us) for the product you are returning.
  • Please keep in mind that returns will be to an address in the United Kingdom.

 

No right of return exists for items that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

 

Customers are liable for the cost of return postage, taxes, duties and tariffs. We recommend that you research these costs before sending the return, and that you return your item using a courier that provides proof of delivery and/or tracking services.

 

Refunds for unwanted items, assuming all conditions in this policy are met, will include the full cost of the item but exclude the cost of the original order postage and any taxes, duties or tariffs incurred during the original shipment.

 

We do not accept any liability for products lost in transit during the return and will not provide a refund in the event that this occurs.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

 

Whilst we check every product that leaves our premises for faults, we understand that sometimes damage during delivery can occur. If you've received a damaged or faulty product from us please get in contact as soon as possible via the contact us page so that we can organise a return and refund for you. 

 

We'll do everything we can to set this right.
